Devinda has worked at the intersection of enterprise systems, regulated environments, and high-stakes decision-making, including leading large-scale transformation initiatives in banking.

Through direct exposure to compliance, risk, and operations teams, he repeatedly saw the same gap: systems could automate checks and routing, but critical decisions still depended on manual interpretation and fragmented context. DeepWave AI was created to address that failure, enabling regulated organizations to reduce manual decision bottlenecks while maintaining auditability and control.

Founding Technical Advisor

Chamikara Perera is an experienced engineering leader with deep expertise in enterprise platforms, distributed systems, and AI-driven architectures. As Founding Technical Advisor at DeepWave AI, he provides strategic guidance on platform architecture, technical direction, and engineering best practices, helping shape the evolution of AEP-One.

Working closely with the founding team, Chamikara contributes to technology strategy, architectural decisions, and long-term platform scalability while supporting DeepWave AI's vision of building the Autonomous Enterprise.
